River Forest home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in River Forest fell by $275,000 while total sales decreased by 34.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 58.5% decrease over the $470,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in River Forest in April 2018.
