Riverside home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Riverside fell by $135,250 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,750 - a 34.2% decrease over the $395,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Riverside in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Riverside for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $9,563, approximately 3.7% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
