Brookfield home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Brookfield fell by $6,250 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 3.2% decrease over the $196,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Brookfield in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Brookfield for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,653, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
