Hillside home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Hillside fell by $10,500 while total sales decreased by 63.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,500 - a 6.7% decrease over the $156,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Hillside in January 2018.

The median sales tax in Hillside for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,251, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for January 2019.
