Northlake home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Northlake rose by $39,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,000 - a 24.4% increase over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Northlake in January 2018.

The median sales tax in Northlake for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,756, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for January 2019.
