Brookfield home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Brookfield rose by $42,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $277,500 - a 18.1% increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Brookfield in January 2018.
