Hillside home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Hillside rose by $74,500 while total sales decreased by 63.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,500 - a 48.1% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Hillside in December 2017.
