Countryside home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Countryside fell by $65,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 26.5% decrease over the $245,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Countryside in October 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Countryside for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,188, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
