Cicero home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Cicero rose by $20,500 while total sales decreased by 44%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,000 - a 12.7% increase over the $161,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Cicero in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Cicero for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,393, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
