Hillside home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Hillside rose by $13,500 while total sales decreased by 61.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $193,500 - a 7.5% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Hillside in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Hillside for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,251, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
