Burr Ridge (Cook County) home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Burr Ridge in Cook County fell by $72,000 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $516,000 - a 12.2% decrease over the $588,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Burr Ridge in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Burr Ridge for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $9,445, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
