Northlake home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Northlake rose by $36,600 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,000 - a 29.4% increase over the $124,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Northlake in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Northlake for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,756, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
