Stickney home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Stickney fell by $6,500 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 3.5% decrease over the $186,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Stickney in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Stickney for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,284, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
