Westchester home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Westchester rose by $54,500 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $254,500 - a 27.3% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Westchester in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Westchester for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,915, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
