Northlake home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Northlake rose by $25,750 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 19.2% increase over the $134,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Northlake in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Northlake for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,756, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
