Brookfield home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Brookfield rose by $12,250 while total sales decreased by 42.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 5.5% increase over the $222,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Brookfield in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Brookfield for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,653, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
