Oak Park home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Oak Park rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 13%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 11.6% increase over the $345,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Oak Park in January 2017.
