La Grange home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in La Grange rose by $132,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 18 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $387,500 - a 52% increase over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in La Grange in January 2017, as well.
