Burr Ridge (Cook County) home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Burr Ridge in Cook County rose by $75,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $640,000 - a 13.3% increase over the $565,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Burr Ridge in January 2017.
