Franklin Park home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Franklin Park fell by $30,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,500 - a 16.4% decrease over the $182,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Franklin Park in March 2016.
