Broadview home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Broadview rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 33.3% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Broadview in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Broadview for 2017 was $3,807. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,411. This marks an increase of 11.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.4%.
