Indian Head Park home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Indian Head Park rose by $44,250 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $303,000 - a 17.1% increase over the $258,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Indian Head Park in February 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Indian Head Park for 2017 was $4,498. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,044. This marks an increase of 11.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.5%.
