La Grange Highlands home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in La Grange Highlands fell by $85,000 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 21% decrease over the $405,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in La Grange Highlands in February 2016.

The median sales tax in La Grange Highlands for 2017 was $5,760. In 2016, the median sales tax was $5,151. This marks an increase of 11.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.8%.
