La Grange Park home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in La Grange Park fell by $17,750 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $324,500 - a 5.2% decrease over the $342,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in La Grange Park in the fourth quarter of 2017.
