Schiller Park home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Schiller Park rose by $2,250 while total sales increased by 45.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 1.1% increase over the $212,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Schiller Park in the second quarter of 2017.
