Northlake home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Northlake rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 23.1% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Northlake in the first quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Northlake for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,756.10, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
