Franklin Park home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Franklin Park rose by $46,000 while total sales decreased by 23.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $196,000 - a 30.7% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Franklin Park in the first quarter of 2017.
