La Grange Highlands home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in La Grange Highlands fell by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 58.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 12.3% decrease over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in La Grange Highlands in the first quarter of 2017.
