Burr Ridge (Cook County) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Burr Ridge in Cook County rose by $86,250 while total sales decreased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $556,250 - a 18.4% increase over the $470,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Burr Ridge in the first quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Burr Ridge for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $9,444.60, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
