Hinsdale (Cook County) home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Hinsdale in Cook County fell by $94,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 12 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $850,000 - a 10% decrease over the $944,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Hinsdale in the first quarter of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Hinsdale for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $15,765.50, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
