The Common Sense Party owes $1,700 in fines

The campaign committee The Common Sense Party owes a $1,200 fine imposed on March 12, 2018, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $500 with Roberto "Bobby" Garcia listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 22 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $127,497.59 in pending fines.
