How did David Navarro spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic David Navarro's election campaign committee, Citizens for David Navarro, spent $88,043 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Navarro's committee spent the most on mailing in the quarter, with all those payments ($58,973) going to Dover Group in Philadelphia. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Navarro's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
