Democratic Karen Yarbrough's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect Karen Yarbrough, spent $15,262 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Yarbrough's committee spent the most on consulting in the quarter, with all those payments ($5,000) going to Goldberg, Winston & Irving in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Yarbrough's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
