Q3 real estate sales report: Northlake

Median prices declined in Northlake over last year, and are up 26.4 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 42 homes sold in Northlake for a median price of $177,500. That's 2 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
