Q3 real estate sales report: River Grove

Median prices rose in River Grove over last year, and are down 3.6 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 35 homes sold in River Grove for a median price of $234,000. That's 14.7 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.

In the third quarter, 4 homes in River Grove were in foreclosure.
