Q3 real estate sales report: River Forest

Median prices rose in River Forest over last year, and are down 11.6 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 62 homes sold in River Forest for a median price of $532,500. That's 5.9 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
