Q3 real estate sales report: Elmhurst

Median prices rose in Elmhurst over last year, and are up 3.6 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 191 homes sold in Elmhurst for a median price of $415,000. That's 5.7 percent higher than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
