Police Chief Larem reported that they are wrapping up “Beards and Badges” and they are in the process of selecting a family for “Shop with a Cop.”

Superintendent Wagner reported that during the blizzard event last week, operations were going well until one of the large dump trucks had a hydraulic issue. However, because of the pickup truck that the Board approved to purchase, Public Works were able to continue work and clear the roads with three smaller vehicles.

9.6 Community and Intergovernmental Relations (Chair – Trustee Perez; Co- Chair Trustee Graf-Stone)

9.6.1 Trustee Liaison Report – Trustee Perez stated that he met with the Chamber of Commerce today. He also noted that many residents are very happy that the festivities were rescheduled to this week, Saturday.

10.1 President’s Report

10.1.1 12/08/2018 – Annual Holiday Fest from 3-6:00 p.m.

10.1.2 12/14/2018 – Final Day to make donations and participate in the

Berkeley Giving Tree

10.1.3 12/17/2018- Presentation of the Berkeley Giving Tree Donations to

Berkeley School District 87 Board

10.1.4 12/18/2018 – Board Meeting @ 6:30 p.m.

11 Village Administrator – Village Administrator Espiritu informed the Board that he and Trustee Perez will be meeting with the Berkeley Park District this week to discuss intergovernmental cooperation. Espiritu polled the Board regarding holding the meeting on January 1, 2019. The Board provided consensus to cancel.
