GOTTLIEB MEMORIAL HOSPITAL: 5 people, 2 generations, 1 goal and it all happened at Loyola University Medical Center
Gottlieb Memorial Hospital issued the following announcement on Jan. 4.
"Call it a medical trifecta – three young aspiring doctors with deep connections to a local hospital."
26 years ago Kevin, Martin and Emily Walsh were born at Loyola University Medical Center, to parents who attended and graduated from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, alongside Loyola Medicine neonatologist John Muraskas, MD, who cared for the triplets.
Now Kevin, Martin and Emily are all in medical school at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, hoping to care for patients at Loyola after they graduate, where there is so much family connection. Read more about their story from WGN TV: http://ow.ly/rmEB30nc4nz
