Gottlieb Memorial Hospital issued the following announcement on Dec. 5.
In the spirit of St. Ignatius, you are invited to serve our Loyola patients and families by making comfort blankets. These blankets are given to patients throughout the year to support and comfort them during their hospitalization.
On Wednesdays during December, please join the chaplains for blanket-making from 11 am to 1 pm in the spiritual care conference room 0760, in the lower level of the main hospital, down the hall from the Paul V. Galvin Memorial Chapel. Everything you need is supplied and no experience is necessary. All are welcome.
