Q2 real estate sales report: River Forest

Median prices declined in River Forest over last year, and are up 63.3 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 78 homes sold in River Forest for a median price of $510,000. That's 3.5 percent lower than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.
