Q2 real estate sales report: Broadview

Median prices rose in Broadview over last year, and are up 55.8 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 25 homes sold in Broadview for a median price of $180,500. That's 14.2 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.
