Q2 real estate sales report: Stickney

Median prices rose in Stickney over last year, and are up 13.9 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 25 homes sold in Stickney for a median price of $172,500. That's 10.5 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.
