Q2 real estate sales report: Hillside

Median prices rose in Hillside over last year, and are up 4.8 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 31 homes sold in Hillside for a median price of $190,000. That's 24.2 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, 1 home in Hillside was in foreclosure.
