City of Berwyn issued the following announcement on Oct. 5.
Trick-or-treating hours for the City of Berwyn will take place on Wednesday, October 31st from 4:00 - 6:30 pm. Please see attached Halloween safety tips provided in the 2018 Autumn Berwyn Neighborhood Watch Newsletter.
