Q1 real estate sales report: Schiller Park

Median prices declined in Schiller Park over last year, and are down 24.1 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to first quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From January to March, 28 homes sold in Schiller Park for a median price of $177,500. That's 11 percent lower than median home sale prices for the first quarter of 2017.

In the first quarter, 4 homes in Schiller Park were in foreclosure.
