Q1 real estate sales report: La Grange

Median prices declined in La Grange over last year, and are down 45 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to first quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From January to March, 56 homes sold in La Grange for a median price of $346,000. That's 5 percent lower than median home sale prices for the first quarter of 2017.
