Graduates earn 1,586 degrees from Concordia University-Chicago

About 67.7 percent of the 1,586 degrees and certificates handed out by the Concordia University-Chicago in 2016-17 were to students in Education programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Forest conferred 979 master's degrees and 66 bachelor's degrees in Education programs.

But the single most popular program was for a master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General. Data shows the school gave out 296 master's degrees in Educational Leadership and Administration, General, followed by 178 master's degrees in Curriculum and Instruction and 133 master's degrees in Educational/Instructional Technology.

The university enrolled 5,603 students for 2016-17, including 1,530 in undergraduate programs and 4,073 in graduate programs.
