2) Discussion concerning Mr. Eddie L. Williams, patient engaged in care at the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center, is requesting to have his Emotional Support Dog, TJ, with him at all times due to his symptoms associated with anxiety and depression.

Approve of the expenditure of an amount not to exceed $17,500.00 for the Village Manager to hire a brick masonry contractor to perform emergency repairs to the brick façade of the exterior of the 500 South Fifth Avenue Building and to waive the bid process regarding this contract due to the emergency nature of the work and the concern for public safety.
