Village of Schiller Park Committee of the Whole met February 15.

I.Call To Order: President Nick Caiafa called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m.
II.Roll Call:
Upon a call of the roll by the Village Clerk, the following Elected Officials were:
Present: President Nick Caiafa, Trustees: Moses Diaz, Russel Klug, Joan Golembiewski, Tom Deegan, Robert Lima, Catherine Gorzynski, and Village Clerk Rosa Jos
Absent: None
President Caiafa declared a quorum present.
Also present: Joe Montana, Corporate Counsel, Brad Townsend, Village Manager
III. Approval Of Minutes:
Trustee Golembiewski moved, seconded by Trustee Diaz that the Minutes of the Committee of the Whole Meeting of February 1st, 2018 be approved. Upon roll call the following voted:
Aye: Trustees: Diaz, Klug, Golembiewski, Deegan, Lima and Gorzynski
Absent: None
Nay: None
President Caiafa declared the motion carried.
IV. Public Member Wishing To Be Heard: No one to be heard.
V. Business:
1. The following items were discussed:
a. Al & Andy's requesting a Liquor License.
b. Grace Park condominiums property taxes.
c. Public Works front loader emergency repair.
d. McDonald's on Irving Park Road
2. After a comparison of banking costs and services, Village Staff recommends changing partnership from the current bank to ABC Bank; they offer better rates and substantial savings for the village.
VI. Executive Session:
There was no executive session.
VII. Adjournment:
With no further business to conduct, it was moved by Trustee Golembiewski, seconded by Trustee Deegan, that the Committee of the Whole Meeting be adjourned. Upon roll call the following voted:
Aye: Trustees: Diaz, Klug, Golembiewski, Deegan, Lima and Gorzynski
Absent: None
Nay: None
President Caiafa declared the motion carried and this Committee of the whole Meeting was adjourned at 7:08 p.m.
